How many days does it take for order delivery within the UAE?
It takes 4 – 7 business days to deliver the order within UAE.
Do you deliver products outside the UAE?
No. Currently we do not deliver outside the UAE.
What are the Delivery Options available at the time of placing an order?

Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
No. You cannot change the delivery address after an order has been placed. However, you may cancel and re-initiate a new order with the updated delivery information. We strongly recommend you to keep your contact information updated at all times.
Why do I have to pay for shipping?
You only pay for return shipping otherwise we provide free shipping to all parts of UAE. For more details on shipping and delivery, read our shipping terms here.

Can I return my refurbished PC for a new one?
We offer a period of 7 working days for you to thoroughly check your machine for any fault. If you do find any then feel free to ship your machine back to us and we will replace it with a similar refurbished PC. We do not however replace refurbished PC with brand new PCs since we do not stock them. You can read more about it here.
Will I get my money back if I don’t like my product?
If you cancel your order before it is processed within 4 hours then, you will definitely get your money back. On the other hand, if you do not like a product after you received it then it is not possible to get a refund. Refunds are only applicable for cancellation or exchange. For more details read our Refund policy.
I have not received my delivery, how do I get my money back?
Sometimes consignments get late due to partner shipping company, weather conditions, or customs office at the port. We always notify our customers beforehand of the lateness of the delivery. However, lateness does not mean we will not deliver at all. We request you to be patient and contact us via the form below or call us on our numbers with your invoice number so we can track it down for you.
What happens if I am not home to accept the order delivery?
Our courier partner will contact you on the mobile number you had given at the time of placing the order. You may suggest an alternate schedule for receiving your order. However, after 3 unsuccessful attempts to contact will result in auto cancellation of your order and amount refunded to your account (if already paid).
